About 12 weeks from approved formula and packaging to finished goods. The variable is almost always packaging component availability rather than manufacturing capacity, so the schedule firms up once the pack is fixed.

Minimum order quantities are set by format. Liquids and personal care products under 8 oz start at 5,000 units. Liquids 8 oz and larger start at 2,500 units. Serums are filled in 1 oz and 2 oz bottles at 5,000 units. Capsules and tablets have a minimum of 300,000 units total. Other formats are confirmed at quote.

Yes. Our private label catalog holds more than 300 proven formulas already in the market through other brands, so a new or growing company can launch quickly. Yes. Every production batch undergoes internal quality control and third-party verification where required. Clients receive supporting documentation including Certificate of Analysis (COA), Safety Data Sheet (SDS), and stability data as applicable.

Yes. We offer complete packaging and labeling services including bottle filling, sealing, label design application, and retail-ready boxing. Clients can provide their own packaging components or choose from our curated selection.

We coordinate bulk shipment and can accommodate direct deliveries to your fulfillment centers or co-packers. While we don’t provide full D2C fulfillment, our team ensures smooth logistics and product handling.

Yes. All manufacturing is performed in the US, and we work with brands worldwide. We provide the documentation that import, export and product registration require, including Certificates of Analysis, specifications, facility certificates and certificate of free sale support, depending on the destination country.

Yes. We supply the manufacturing documentation that registrations and marketplaces ask for: Certificates of Analysis, finished-product specifications, our NSF GMP and FSSC 22000 certificates, FDA facility registration, and ingredient statements. For international registration we support certificate of free sale, notarization and apostille requests through the appropriate channels; the registration itself is filed by you or your in-country agent. For Amazon and other seller platforms, we provide the GMP certificate, COA and product documentation their dietary supplement and personal care policies require.

No. White label means pre-made stock sitting on a shelf waiting for a label. We do not keep one. Every lot is manufactured when you order it, so your product ships with its full shelf life and every repeat run is made to the same specification. Private label with us means a proven formula, already in the market through other brands, made fresh under your name.

The botanical extracts in your formula are made by our parent company, Bio-Botanica, in the same Hauppauge facility that fills your product. They are sourced globally and made in New York, so identity and specification are documented from raw botanical to finished lot in one quality system. For ingredients we do not make ourselves, such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids and specialty botanicals, you buy through Bio-Botanica's purchasing volume rather than your own: volume pricing from the first run, qualified suppliers already on file, and no broker between you and the material.
